The Application of TRIZ Theory in the Cultivation of Innovative Ability of Higher Vocational College Students

随着国民经济的不断增长以及高职教育的不断改革,越来越多的教师开始高度关注大学生创新能力的有效培养工作。TRIZ作为一种先进的"发明"问题解决理论,充分揭示了创造发明的内在规律及原理,能够有效打破学生在学习过程中的思维定势,提高学生解决实际问题的能力。因此,高职院校教师要充分发挥TRIZ理论在教学中的作用,创新完善课堂教学方法,积极引导学生学会灵活运用TRIZ理论知识进行实践创新活动。本文探讨TRIZ理论在高职大学生创新能力培养过程中的实践应用。

With the continuous growth of the national economy and reform of Higher Vocational education,more and more teachers begin to pay close attention to the effective cultivation of College Students’innovative ability.TRIZ,as an advanced"invention"problem-solving theory,fully reveals the inherent laws and principles of creation and invention,can effectively break students’fixed thinking pattern in the process of learning and improve students’ability to solve practical problems.Therefore,teachers in higher vocational colleges should give full play to the role of TRIZ theory in teaching,innovate and improve classroom teaching methods,and actively guide students to learn to use TRIZ theory knowledge flexibly for practical innovation activities.This paper discusses the practical application of TRIZ theory in the cultivation of innovative ability of Higher Vocational College students.
