本科护生时间管理倾向与情绪智力的相关性研究

Study on correlation between time management disposition and emotional intelligence among undergraduate nursing students

[目的]了解本科护生时间管理倾向与情绪智力现状,探讨其相关性。[方法]采用一般资料问卷、时间管理倾向量表和情绪智力量表对381名护理本科生进行问卷调查。[结果]本科护生时间管理倾向总分(146.89±17.17)分,条目均分(3.34±0.39)分,情绪智力总分(118.92±14.15)分,条目均分(3.60±0.43)分。本科护生时间管理倾向总分与情绪智力总分呈正相关(P<0.01),时间管理倾向与情绪智力中部分维度有相互预测作用。[结论]本科护生时间管理倾向和情绪智力水平有待提高,护生时间管理倾向与情绪智力具有很强的相关性。护理教育者应采取有针对性的措施培养护生情绪智力,提升时间管理倾向。

Objective:To determine the status quo and the correlation of time management disposition and emotional intelligence among undergraduate nursing students.Methods:A survey was conducted among 381 undergraduate nursing students with general information questionnaire,Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale(ATMD),and Emotional Intelligence Scale.Results:The total score of ATMD was(146.89±17.17),and the average score of items was(3.34±0.39)in undergraduate nursing students.The total score of Emotional Intelligence Scale was(118.92±14.15),and the average score of items was(3.60±0.43)in undergraduate nursing students.The time management disposition was positively related with the emotional intelligence in undergraduate nursing students(P<0.01).There were interactions between factors of time management disposition and factors of emotional intelligence.Conclusion:The levels of time management disposition and emotional intelligence in undergraduate nursing students need to be improved.The time management disposition is closely related with the emotional intelligence in undergraduate nursing students.Nursing educators should take specific measures to cultivate the targeted emotional intelligence and improve the level of time management disposition in nursing students.
