Research status quo on symptom clusters of heart failure

从心力衰竭症状群的确立方法、影响症状群的相关因素及症状群对病人预后的影响方面综述心力衰竭症状群研究现状。指出目前心力衰竭症状群研究大多局限于探索症状群的种类与构成,对症状群管理及有效性的干预性研究较少。研究人员今后应优化研究方法,重视对高危症状群进行个体化干预,以减轻病人的症状水平,提高其生活质量。

The status quo of research on symptom clusters of heart failure was reviewed from the establishing methods,related factors affecting symptom clusters,and the influence of symptom clusters on prognosis in heart failure.It was pointed out that the current research on symptom clusters of heart failure was mostly limited to exploring the types and composition of symptom clusters,and there was few intervention studies on the management and effectiveness of symptom clusters.It was suggested that researchers should optimize the research methods in the future,and pay attention to the individualized intervention of high-risk symptom clusters to reduce the patient's symptom level and improve their quality of life.
