摘要
简要介绍了现有的陶瓷生产线的工艺流程,以及机械手打包线中由于采用气动阀控制吸盘导致瓷砖在放置过程中冲击力大、不平稳的问题,其主要原因在于气动阀放气时产生的瞬间冲击力。为解决此问题,我们设计了一种可提高吸放平稳性的气道辅助装置,将该装置安装在机械手吸盘气路上,在保持持续吸气的同时,通过气缸控制气路的开合可实现对瓷砖的吸放,闭合时实现对瓷砖的吸取,打开时可释放气管内的负压,实现被吸取陶瓷的自然释放,解决了传统气动阀控制时气流产生的瞬间冲击力问题,提高了瓷砖放置平稳性。生产实践表明,该方法能有效减少对瓷砖的破坏,进而提高了企业的效率。
This paper briefly introduces the process flow of the existing ceramic production line, and introduces the problem that the impact force of the ceramic tile in the placement process is large and unstable due to the use of the pneumatic valve control suction cup in the robot packing line. The main reason is the instantaneous impact force generated when the pneumatic valve is deflated. In order to solve this problem, we have designed an airway auxiliary device that can improve the stability of suction and discharge. The device is connected with the suction channel of the manipulator, and the suction and placement of the tile can be realized by controlling the opening and closing of the gas path through the cylinder while maintaining continuous inhalation. When opened, the negative pressure in the trachea can be released to achieve the natural release of the absorbed ceramic. Solve the problem of instantaneous impact force generated by the traditional pneumatic valve to control the gas path. Improve the smoothness of tile placement, production practice shows that this method can effectively reduce the damage to the ceramic tile, thereby improving the efficiency of the enterprise.
