乡村振兴战略理论逻辑与实施策略探究——以青杠坝村为例

习近平总书记在十九大报告中正式提出“乡村振兴战略”,这是新时期党中央一次重要的战略选择。乡村振兴战略是实现全面建成小康社会、解决新时代主要矛盾、打破乡村衰落“铁律”的重要保障。乡村振兴战略的核心是“战略”,对其科学内涵的深入分析,需要准确掌握其基本内涵,总结其要求以及主要内容。通过对青杠坝村的乡村振兴之路的探析,总结乡村振兴战略的实施策略,以进一步推动中国乡村振兴的实现。

General Secretary Xi Jinping formally put forward the“Rural Revitalization Strategy”in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress.This is an important strategic choice of the CPC Central Committee in the new period.The strategy of rural revitalization is an important guarantee to build a well-off society in an all-round way,solve the main contradictions in the new era,and break the“iron law”of rural decline.The core of rural rejuvenation strategy is“strategy”.The thorough analysis of its scientific connotation needs to grasp its basic connotation accurately,summarize its requirements and main contents.Through the analysis of the road of rural revitalization in Qingbarba village,this paper summarizes the implementation strategies of rural revitalization strategy in order to further promote the realization of rural revitalization in China.
