当代农民思想政治教育是思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,对农民进行思想政治教育有利于社会主义农村的现代化建设。但是,由于农民个体因素的差异性,农民的思想道德水平有所不同,因此更要注重对农民的思想政治教育,加强农民的思想道德教育,激发农民的积极性与创造性,不断发展自身以适应社会的发展,并起到促进乡村振兴和发展的作用。我国现在已经进入全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,而全面建成小康社会的短板就在农村,所以对农民进行思想政治教育方面的培训有利于脱贫攻坚战的胜利。三农问题始终是党和国家所密切关心的问题,其中农民问题是最核心的问题,不断提高农民的自身素质,有利于中国社会的不断发展,促进社会稳定和谐。
