村级工业园的演进历程与未来发展——以广东省佛山市为分析样本

The Evolution and Future Development of Village Industrial Park——Taking Fuoshan City,Guangdong Province as an analysis sample

佛山是国内经济发达的制造业大市,村级工业园曾对佛山市的发展做出过重要贡献,但在高质量发展的新的要求下,村级工业园已成为制约产业发展、城市提升和生态建设的关键问题。因此,佛山市在全国率先推进村级工业园改造,以盘活利用低效产业用地资源,为发展高质量产业腾出更多的空间。但园区改造的举措及其改造方向必须建立在对村级工业园发展历史充分认识的基础上,体现历史理性。

Fuoshan is a major manufacturing city with developed economy in China.Village industrial park has made important contributions to the development of Fuoshan City,but under the new requirements of high quality development,village industrial park has become a key issue restricting industrial development,urban promotion and ecological construction.Therefore,Fuoshan City has taken the lead in promoting the transformation of village-level industrial parks in order to activate the use of inefficient industrial land resources and make more room for the development of high-quality industries.However,the measures of park transformation and its transformation direction must be based on the full understanding of the development history of village industrial park and embody the historical rationality.
