摘要
目的:研究艳山姜叶的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、MCI、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱及聚酰胺柱色谱对艳山姜叶的95%提取物进行分离纯化,运用NMR、MS及文献对照对所得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从艳山姜叶中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:二氢-5,6-去氢醉椒素(1)、紫云英苷(2)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、1,2-di-O-octanoly-3-O-(6-O-α-D-galactopyranosyl-β-D-galactopyranosyl)-sn-glycerol(4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(5)、4′,6′-二羟基-2′-甲氧基二氢查尔酮(6)、小豆蔻明(7)、anibadimer A(8)、1-p-menthene-3,6-diol(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)。结论:其中,化合物3~5、8和9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the 95% ethnol extract of the leaves of Alpinia zerumbet.Methods:The constituents were separated by silica gel,MCI,Sephadex LH-20 and polyamide column chromatography.The structures were elucidated by NMR,MS and literature comparison.Results:Ten compounds were isolated from the leaves of Alpinia zerumbet and identified as dihydro-5,6-dehydrogenated capsaicin(1),astragalin(2),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(3),1,2-di-O-octanoly-3-O-(6-O-α-D-galactopyranosyl-β-D-galactopyranosyl)-sn-glycerol(4),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuroside(5),4′,6′-dihydroxy-2′-methoxyl dihydrochalcone(6),cardamonin(7),anibadimer A(8),1-p-menthene-3,6-diol(9),β-sitosterol(10).Conclusion:Compounds 3 to 5,8,and 9 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
