摘要
目的:研究香菇Lentinus edodes(Berk.)Sing的化学成分。方法:采用大孔树脂、MPLC、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、半制备高效液相色谱等方法对香菇化学成分进行了分离纯化,并通过NMR和MS等波谱方法结合文献数据对比对分离所得单体成分进行了结构鉴定。结果:从香菇70%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:腺苷(1)、尿苷(2)、尿嘧啶(3)、(3S)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(4)、(9H-pyrido[3.4-b]indole(5)、烟酰胺(6)、L-苯丙氨酸(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、β-豆甾醇(9)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3-醇(10)、ganodermanontriol(11)、9-十八烯酸乙酯(12)。结论:其中,化合物4、5、6、11为首次从香菇属植物子实体中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Lentinus edodes.Methods:Macroporous resin,MPLC,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC were used to separate and purify the chemical components of Lentinus edodes and the structures were identified by NMR and MS spectroscopy combined with the literature datum.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from the n-butanol extract of Lentinus edodes and identified as adenosine(1),uridine(2),uracil(3),(3S)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid(4),(9 H-pyrido[3.4-b]indole(5),nicotinamide(6),L-phenylalanine(7),β-sitosterol(8),β-stigmasterol(9),ergosterol-7,22-diene-3-alcohol(10),ganodermanontriol(11),9-eighteen enoic acid ethyl ester(12).Conclusion:Compounds 4,5,6 and 11 are isolated from Lentinus genus for the first time.
