摘要
目的:探讨人参药材商品规格等级与外观性状参数、6个皂苷类成分含量之间的相关性。方法:采用UPLC法同时测定25批不同等级人参样品中人参皂苷Rg_1、人参皂苷Rb_1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rd、人参皂苷Rc、人参皂苷Rb_2 6种成分的含量,利用SIMCA-P和Metaboanalyst软件对其长、宽、高、芦头长、芦头宽、芦头高、芦碗数、重量及化学成分含量等进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果:不同等级的人参样品中6种皂苷类成分的含量存在差异,一等人参样品中6个皂苷类成分总含量高于二等、三等样品,三等人参样品含量最低。人参样品中6种成分的含量与其性状具有显著相关性,人参的长度与人参皂苷Rg_1、Rb_1的含量呈显著负相关;人参的重量与人参皂苷Rg_1、Rc以及Rb_1呈显著正相关。结论:不同规格等级的人参样品6个皂苷类成分的含量和性状参数均存在差异性,不同等级人参样品中人参皂苷Rg_1的含量与其商品规格等级呈正相关,可作为等级划分的参考指标。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the product specification and the appearance trait parameters and contents of six ginsenosides of Panax ginseng.Methods:UPLC was used to simultaneously determine the contents of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rd,ginsenoside Rc and ginsenoside Rb2 in twenty-five batches of different brackets Panax ginseng.Principal component analysis and cluster analysis were performed by using SIMCA-P and Metaboanalyst software to analyze the correlation between length,width,height,rhizome length,rhizome width,rhizome height,the reed bowl number,weight and six ginsenosides contents.Results:There were differences on the contents of six ginsenosides in different grades samples,the contents of six ginsenosides in the first-grades ginseng samples were significantly higher than that in the second-,third-grades samples,and the contents in the second-grades samples were the lowest.There was a significant correlation between the six ginsenosides contents and appearance characteristics.The length of Panax ginseng showed a significant negative correlation with ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 contents.The weight showed a significant positive correlations with ginsenoside Rg1,Rc and Rb1 contents.Conclusion:There are some differences in the appearance trait parameters and six ginsenosides contents in Panax ginseng with different commercial products grades.The content of ginsenoside Rg1 is positively correlated with its commercial products grades,and it can be used as an indicator for classifying rationality.
