With the rapid development of the internet era,cloud technology and resource sharing have been vigorously promoted and used.Opportunities and challenges coexist at the level of human resource management in enterprises.According to the current situation of human resource management,enterprises should explore and improve it to meet the needs of the times,innovate new management methods and development paths,and move forward from traditional management to new management direction.Starting from the background of the internet era,this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources,and considers how to use new technology to train human resources.
