摘要 随着互联网时代的快速发展,云技术、资源共享得到了大力推广和使用。而企业人力资源管理层面机遇与挑战并存,企业根据人力资源管理现状探讨从而符合时代发展需要,并加以完善和改进,创新出新式管理方式和发展道路,由传统管理向新型管理方向迈进。论文从互联网时代背景切入,对人力资源现状进行分析,并对怎样利用新技术对人力资源的培训层面展开思考. With the rapid development of the internet era,cloud technology and resource sharing have been vigorously promoted and used.Opportunities and challenges coexist at the level of human resource management in enterprises.According to the current situation of human resource management,enterprises should explore and improve it to meet the needs of the times,innovate new management methods and development paths,and move forward from traditional management to new management direction.Starting from the background of the internet era,this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources,and considers how to use new technology to train human resources.
