建筑行业作为我国社会经济的支柱型产业之一,在我国社会经济结构中占据十分重要的地位,但从目前我国建筑工程行业项目施工的实际情况来看,经常会出现亏损的问题而影响整体工程建设质量,影响建筑企业的可持续发展。论文主要针对工程项目成本管理过程中存在的问题进行探讨,并提出相应的解决对策,希望能够有效提升建筑行业工程项目成本管理质量和管理效率,保证建筑工程项目建设的总体质量。

As one of the pillar industries of social economy in China,the construction industry plays a very important role in the social and economic structure of China,but in view of the actual situation of project construction in China's construction industry,the problem of loss often affects the quality of the overall engineering construction and affects the sustainable development of construction enterprises.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the process of project cost management,and points out corresponding solutions,hoping to effectively improve the quality and management efficiency of project cost management of construction industry,and to ensure the overall quality of the construction project.
