随着社会经济的不断发展,大部分企业的管理模式日趋精细化。现阶段,精细化的管理在现代企业发展中具有重要作用,不仅可以提高企业管理水平,而且能够增强企业竞争力,最终实现经济效益的增加。论文主要概述了精细化管理,分析了精细化管理实施的常见问题,提出了企业实施精细化管理的对策,以供参考。

With the continuous development of social economy,the management mode of most enterprises is increasingly fine.At the present stage,fine management plays an important role in the development of modern enterprises.It can not only improve the management level of enterprises,but also enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and finally realize the increase of economic benefits.This paper mainly summarizes the fine management,analyzes the common problems in the implementation of fine management,and puts forward the countermeasures for enterprises to implement fine management,for reference.
