摘要
借助工资基金管理理论、供需弹性系数理论、人力效能理论等,构建“总量预算+结构监管+效能提升”为基本模型的新型薪酬总量调控体系。在新型薪酬总量预算管控体系下,实现薪酬总量预算、落实、控制和改进,人力效能水平明显提升。
With the help of salary fund management theory,supply and demand elasticity coefficient theory,and manpower efficiency theory,a new total salary regulation system with"total budget+structural supervision+efficiency improvement"as the basic model is constructed.Under the new total salary budget control system,the total salary budget,implementation,control and improvement will be realized,and the level of human resources efficiency will be significantly improved.
