Exploration on the Dilemma of the Construction of Self-Used Charging Facilities for New Energy Vehicles

新能源汽车产业的发展非常重要,但充电设施的建设不足已严重阻碍了新能源汽车的市场化推广。物业管理公司是需要承担重要角色的新的参与者。论文从充电桩安装的客观条件、物业管理公司的顾虑和政策不力等方面分析了充电桩建设过程中的种种阻碍因素。最后探讨了摆脱该困境的对策。

The development of new energy vehicle industry is very important,but the insufficient construction of charging facilities has seriously hindered the marketization of new energy vehicles.Property management companies are new players who need to play an important role.This paper analyzes various impediments in the process of charging pile construction from the aspects of objective conditions of charging pile installation,concerns of property management companies and ineffective policies.Finally,the countermeasures to get rid of the dilemma are discussed.
