金橘不同提取物对小鼠胃排空和小肠推进功能的影响

Effect of Different Extracts from Fortunella Margarita(Lour.) Swingle on Gastric Emptying and Small Intestinal Propulsion in Mice

目的观察金橘水提、醇提液对小鼠胃排空和小肠推进功能的影响,研究讨论其作用机制。方法采用酚红含量测定法,观察金橘水提、醇提液对正常、阿托品和新斯的明负荷小鼠胃排空和小肠推进的影响。结果金橘水提、醇提液均对正常状态小鼠胃排空功能无明显影响,但对小肠推进功能有促进作用;二者均可拮抗阿托品所致的抑制作用;二者均对新斯的明所致亢进有拮抗作用。结论金橘提取物对小鼠胃排空和小肠推进具有双向调节作用,该作用可能与胆碱能系统有关。

Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of different extracts from Fortunella margarita(Lour.)Swingle on gastric emptying(GE)and small intestinal propulsion(SIP)in mice.Methods By determination of phenol red content,the effects of water extract and ethanol extract from Fortunella margarita(Lour.)Swingle on GE and SIP were studied in normal mice and atropine-bearing and neostigmine-bearing mice.Results GE in normal mice was not affected,but SIP in normal mice was promoted by water extract and ethanol extract from Fortunella margarita(Lour.)Swingle.GE and SIP in atropine-bearing and neostigmine-bearing mice were antagonized by water extract and ethanol extract from Fortunella margarita(Lour.)Swingle.Conclusion The extracts from Fortunella margarita(Lour.)Swingle have two-way regulating effect on gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion in mice,which may be related to cholinergic system.
