摘要 目的评价玻璃酸二甲基硅烷醇酯(DSHA)对兔鼻腔黏膜上皮细胞的毒性及对人阴道黏膜上皮细胞的保护作用。方法采用MTT法测定DSHA对鼻腔黏膜上皮细胞的毒性;检验不同浓度的DSHA对醋酸氯己定损伤兔鼻腔黏膜上皮细胞和人阴道黏膜上皮细胞的细胞增殖率的影响。结果DSHA对兔鼻腔黏膜上皮细胞未见明显毒性效应;先采用浓度0.05~1.25mg/ml的DSHA与黏膜上皮细胞共孵育,可减轻醋酸氯己定对细胞的损伤。结论DSHA对兔鼻腔黏膜上皮无细胞毒性,对黏膜上皮细胞具有保护作用,有助于恢复黏膜上皮细胞的正常活性。 Objective To evaluate the protective effects of dimethyl silanol hyaluronate(DSHA)on rabbit nasal mucosal epithelial cells and human vaginal mucosal epithelial cells.Methods The rabbit nasal mucosal epithelial cells were extracted and the toxicity of DSHA on nasal mucosal epithelial cells was determined by MTT test.The effects of different concentrations of DSHA on the proliferation of rabbit nasal mucosal epithelial cells and human vaginal mucosal epithelial cells damaged by chlorhexidine acetate were determined.Results DSHA had no toxic effect on rabbit nasal mucosal epithelial cells.The damage of chlorhexidine acetate on cells could be alleviated by co-incubation with of DSHA at concentrations of 0.05-1.25 mg/ml.Conclusion DSHA has no cytotoxicity on rabbit nasal mucosal epithelial cells,and can effectively reduce the damage of chlorhexidine acetate to mucosa and restore the normal activity of mucosal cells.It can be used for the development of mucosal protective agents.
