摘要
目的:研究番荔枝子的化学成分。方法:番荔枝子乙酸乙酯提取部位经硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱与中、高压制备液相等现代技术手段分离纯化,结合核磁共振波谱、质谱、紫外光谱等解析其结构。结果:从番荔枝子的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:cis-solamin-B(1)、cis-D9-solamin-A(2)、cis-solamin-C(3)、laurifolin(4)、bullatin(5)、cis-uvariamicin-I(6)、squamostatin-A(7)。结论:其中,化合物1~3为新化合物,化合物4~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the seeds of Annona squamosa.Methods:The seeds were extracted by ethyl acetate at room temperature through silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 and preparation liquid phase.The chemical compounds were analyzed by means of physicochemical properties,UV,NMR and mass spectrometry data.Results:Seven monomeric compounds were isolated and identified as cis-solamin-B(1),cis-D9-solamin-A(2),cis-solamin-C(3),laurifolin(4),bullatin(5),cis-uvariamicin-I(6),squamostatin-A(7).Conclusion:Compounds 1~3 are three new compounds.Compounds 4~6 are isolated from this plant seeds for the first time.
