头花银背藤的化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents from Argyreia capitata

目的:研究头花银背藤的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,结合理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从头花银背藤中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:operculinic B(1)、acutacoside E(2)、东莨菪苷(3)、东莨菪素(4)、N-trans-coumaroyltyramine(5)、arcapitins A(6)、arcapitins B(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)。结论:其中,化合物2～5为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Argyreia capitata.Methods:The chemical components were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques,their structures were elucidated on the basis of physiochemical property and spectral data.Results:Nine compounds were isolated and identified respectively as operculinic B(1),acutacoside E(2),scopolin(3),scopoletin(4),N-trans-coumaroyltyramine(5),arcapitins A(6),arcapitins B(7),β-sitosterol(8)and daucosterol(9).Conclusion:Compounds 2~5 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
