摘要 目的:研究美花筋骨草的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、MCI、ODS等色谱柱及半制备型高效液相色谱等方法分离纯化,并利用NMR、ESI-MS等波谱手段对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从美花筋骨草中分离了13个化合物,分别鉴定为:亚油酸(1)、异香草乙酮(2)、(16S)-12,16-epoxy-11,14-dihydroxy-17(15→16)-abeoabieta-8,11,13-triene-7-one(3)、3-O-乙酰齐墩果酸(4)、α-亚麻酸(5)、9-羟基-5,7-豆甾二烯-4-酮(6)、3-(4-甲苯氧基)-丙酸(7)、(R,E)-8-acetoxy-2,6-dimethyloct-2-enoic acid(8)、1-(4-羟基-苯基)-乙酮(9)、S(+)-dehydrovomifoliol(10)、(3S,5R,6S,7E)-5,6-epoxy-3-hydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(11)、pubincrnoid A(12)、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯乙酮(13)。结论:其中,化合物8为首次分离得到的天然产物,化合物2、6、7、9~13为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1、4、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Ajuga ovalifolia var.calantha.Methods:The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,MCI,ODS column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography.The structures were identified on the basis of NMR,ESI-MS and other spectral methods.Results:Thirteen compounds were identified as linoleic acid(1),isoacetovanillone(2),(16S)-12,16-epoxy-11,14-dihydroxy-17(15→16)-abeoabieta-8,11,13-triene-7-one(3),3-O-acetyloleanolic acid(4),α-linolenic acid(5),9-hydroxy-5,7-stigmastadienes-4-one(6),3-(4-tolyloxy)-propanoic acid(7),(R,E)-8-acetoxy-2,6-dimethyloct-2-enoic acid(8),1-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-ethanone(9),S(+)-dehydrovomifoliol(10),(3S,5R,6S,7E)-5,6-epoxy-3-hydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(11),pubincrnoid A(12),1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy)acetophenone(13).Conclusion:Compound 8 is the first natural product to be isolated.Compounds 2,6,7,9~13 are isolated from this genus for the first time.Compounds 1,4 and 5 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
