Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oil from Hopea hainanensis

目的:研究坡垒挥发油中的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取坡垒挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)对其进行成分分析。结果:从坡垒挥发油中共鉴定出40个成分,占总挥发油相对百分含量的59.96%,其中主要含有愈创奥(10.43%)、α-可巴烯(9.42%)、α-二去氢菖蒲烯(4.92%)、γ-依兰油烯(2.97%)、δ-榄香烯(2.65%)、β-榄香烯(2.64%)、菖蒲酮(2.62%)、桉油烯醇(2.32%)和α-杜松醇(2.17%)等。结论:该文对坡垒挥发油成分的分析结果,可为坡垒的进一步研究提供参考。

Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Hopea hainanensis.Methods:The volatile oil of Hopea hainanensis was extracted by steam distillation.Gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to analyze and identify the components.Results:A total of 40 compounds from the volatile oil of Hopea hainanensis were identified,which accounted for 59.96% of the volatile oil by mass,and the major chemical compounds of the volatile oil were azulon(10.43%),α-copaene(9.42%),α-calacorene(4.92%),γ-muurolene(2.97%),δ-elemene(2.65%),β-elemene(2.64%),shyobunone(2.62%),spathulenol(2.32%),α-cadinol(2.17%),ect.Conclusion:The analysis results of chemical compounds from volatile oil can provide references for further development of Hopea hainanensis.
