Discussion on the Problems and Suggestions of the Feasible Stage of Land Reclamation Project

开展土地复垦是国家为有效保护农用地资源,提高农用地对国家生态和发展的保障能力的一项事业,是响应生态文明建设的号召,是建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的现代化农业的新要求,是形成合理、高效、集约的土地利用结构,适应社会经济发展对土地的需求。文章重点分析了土地复垦项目可行性研究阶段存在的问题,提出建议,以期为土地复垦项目前期决策提供参考。

Developing land reclamation is a national undertaking for effectively protecting agricultural land resources and improving the guarantee ability of agricultural land to national ecology and development. It is a response to the call of ecological civilization construction, a new requirement for establishing modern agriculture in line with socialist market economy, and a rational, efficient and intensive land use structure to meet the needs of social and economic development for land. This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the feasibility study phase of land reclamation projects and puts forward suggestions in order to provide reference for the early decision-making of land reclamation projects.
