乡镇蔬菜质量安全监管工作浅析

蔬菜质量安全对维护民众健康有重要意义,因而政府部门制定很多政策来保障食品安全。文章针对当前人们对蔬菜质量安全和营养更为关注,现代农业长远发展的目标要求以及当地农民增产增收的愿望,提出了强化乡镇蔬菜生产质量安全监管和技术措施的论述。

Vegetable quality and safety has a great significance to the maintenance of public health, so government departments formulate many policies to ensure food safety. In view of the current people's more attention to vegetable quality safety and nutrition, the long-term development of modern agriculture and the desire of local farmers to increase production and income, this paper puts forward to strengthen the supervision of vegetable production quality and safety in villages and towns.
