摘要
玉米大垄双行种植模式在东北地区应用推广过程中,由于缺少专用的施肥装置,导致中耕施肥效果不理想,直接影响玉米产量。文章设计了一种基于阿基米德螺旋线的切刀式施肥铲,详细阐述了施肥铲的主要参数、基本结构和铲尖曲线。与玉米大垄双行中耕施肥机配套使用,施肥效果符合玉米中耕施肥要求,实现了优良农艺与现代农机的结合。
In this paper, a cutting-knife fertilizer shovel based on Archimedes spiral is designed. The main parameters, basic structure and the curve of the shovel tip are described in detail. It is used in conjunction with the large ridge, double row and middle tillage fertilizer applicator of maize. The effect of fertilization meets the requirements of middle tillage and fertilization of maize, and realizes the combination of fine agronomy and modern agricultural machinery.
