Pepper is a popular vegetable. This paper summarized a set of standardized cultivation techniques of pepper from long-term cultivation practice. It includes the requirements of pepper on environmental conditions, variety selection, soil fertilization scheme, specific steps and methods of field agronomic management, and non-invasive disease control. It is hoped that it will be continuously verified, refined and improved in practice so as to better guide production.
