忍冬花发育期间形态与13种活性成分含量变化 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究不同发育时期忍冬花蕾或花外观性状、产量、折干率以及活性成分含量的变化,为金银花质量标准的制定提供依据。方法:对不同发育时期忍冬花蕾或花进行外观性状测定、产量及折干率测定、13种活性成分含量测定,并对其动态变化进行分析。结果:对不同发育时期的忍冬花蕾或花的外观大小进行范围界定,6个发育期中,三青期折干率最高,为33.82%。13种活性成分含量中酚酸类成分随花的发育逐渐降低,环烯醚萜类成分先降低后升高,黄酮类成分先升高后降低。结论:综合考虑,三青期忍冬花活性成分含量相对较高,达5.46%,建议三青期进行采收。 Objective:To study the changes of Lonicera japonica flower or flower appearance traits, yield, percentage of dryness and the content of active ingredients in different development stages in order to provide the basis for making the quality standard of Lonicera japonica flower.Method:The appearance, yield, percentage of dryness and the contents of 13 active ingredients of the flower buds or flowers of Lonicera japonica at different development stages were determined and their dynamic changes were analyzed.Results:The appearance of the size of Lonicera japonica flower buds or flowers at different development stages were defined.During the six developmental stages, the dryness rate of the three green period was the highest(33.82%), and the content of phenolic acids in the 13 active ingredients decreased gradually from then on.The content of terpenoids of iridoids decreased first and then increased, while the flavonoids increased first and then decreased.Conclusion:Considering synthetically, the contents of the active ingredients in the three green period were relatively high(5.46%), it is the recommended harvesting stage.
