喙果皂帽花茎的生物碱化学成分研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究喙果皂帽花茎的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等分离手段进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:从喙果皂帽花茎中分离得到12个生物碱化合物,分别鉴定为:roemerine(1)、norstephalagine(2)、liriodenine(3)、lanugineosine(4)、isomoschatoline(5)、piperumbellactam A(6)、goniokpedaline(7)、10-amino-2,3,4-trimethoxyphenanthrene-1-carboxylic acid lactam(8)、10-amino-6-hydroxy-2,3,4-trimethoxyphenanthrene-1-carboxylic acid lactam(9)、oldhamactam(10)、N-formystepharine(11)、magnococline(12)。结论:其中,化合物1~5、11、12为首次从皂帽花属植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the stems of Dasymaschalon rostratum.Methods:The constituents were isolated and purified by the chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 columns as well as semi preparation HPLC.Their structures were identified on the basis of physiochemical characteristics and spectroscopic data analysis.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from the stems of Dasymaschalon rostratum and identified as roemerine(1),norstephalagine(2),liriodenine(3),lanugineosine(4),isomoschatoline(5),piperumbellactam A(6),goniokpedaline(7),10-amino-2,3,4-trimethoxyphenanthrene-1-carboxylic acid lactam(8),10-amino-6-hydroxy-2,3,4-trimethoxyphenanthrene-1-carboxylic acid lactam(9),oldhamactam(10),N-formystepharine(11) and magnococline(12).Conclusion:Compounds 1~5,11 and 12 are reported from Dasymaschalon genus for the first time,all the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
