摘要
目的:研究水蓼地上部分化学成分。方法:采用正相硅胶柱层析、薄层色谱和Sephadex LH-20和制备HPLC等方法分离纯化化合物,利用波谱技术以及化合物的理化性质对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从水蓼乙酸乙酯部分分离出8个化合物,分别鉴定为:正十六烷醇(1)、10-二十碳烯酸(2)、6′-O-棕榈酰-β-胡萝卜苷(3)、2-(2-甲基丁酰氧基)乙基-十四酸酯(4)、flaccidine(5)、1-[(12E,16E)-12,16-二十碳二烯酰基]-2-[(E,E)-7,11-十八碳二烯酰基]-3-硬脂酰基甘油(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)和1-十二烷醇(8)。结论:其中,化合物1、5、6和8为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2~4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of aerial parts from Polygonum hydropiper.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,re-TLC,Sephadex LH-20 and re-HPLC,then the compounds were identified by their spectral data and physical,chemical properties.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated in EtOAc extract from Polygonum hydropiper and identified as n-hexadecanol(1),10-eicosenoic acid(2),β-sitosteryl-6′-O-palmitate(3),2-(2-methylbutyryloxy)ethyl-tetradecanoate(4),flaccidine(5),1-[(12E,16E)-12,16-eicosadienoyl]-2-[(E,E)-7,11-octadecadienoyl]-3-stearoylglycerol(6),β-sitosterol(7)and 1-dodecanol(8).Conclusion:Compounds 1,5,6 and 8 are obtained from this plant for the first time,and compounds 2~4 are separated from this genus for the first time.
