艾灸和附子理中汤治疗心肾阳虚胸痹临床观察

Clinical observation on chest pain with heart and kidney yang deficiency treated with moxibustion and Fuzi Lizhong Decoction

目的观察艾灸联合附子理中汤治疗心肾阳虚型胸痹的临床疗效。方法选取冠心病稳定型心绞痛中符合中医证候诊断为心肾阳虚型患者64例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各32例。对照组予附子理中汤口服,治疗组在对照组基础上艾灸内关、膻中、阴郗、关元、心俞、肾俞等穴,共治疗2个疗程。比较两组中医证候疗效、心绞痛疗效及心电图疗效。结果治疗结束后,两组症状积分、服用硝酸甘油后胸痹缓解时间、硝酸甘油用量均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组中医疗效、心绞痛疗效疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾灸联合附子理中汤可以缩短心肾阳虚型胸痹患者心绞痛持续时间,缓解心绞痛疼痛程度,改善患者心电图表现,能降低患者的中医证候总积分,有效改善患者的中医临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with Fuzi Lizhong Decoction in the treatment of chest pain with heart and kidney yang deficiency.Methods Sixty-four cases with stable angina pectoris with heart and kidney yang deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fuzi Lizhong Decoction.The treatment group was treated with moxibustion Neiguan,Danzhong,Yinxi,Guanyuan,Xinshu,Shenshu and other points on the basis of the control group.After 2 courses of treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome and the clinical efficacy of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the symptom scores,the time of chest pain relief and the dose of nitroglycerin were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy and the angina efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with Fuzi Lizhong Decoction in treatment of chest pain with heart and kidney yang deficiency can shorten the duration of angina pectoris,relieve the pain of angina pectoris,improve the electrocardiogram performance,reduce the score of TCM syndrome,and improve the patient′s clinical symptoms.
