土耳其近期地方选举及其政治影响

近期土耳其举行了地方选举,执政的正义与发展党(正发党)通过打造新的话语体系,在国际舞台上批评他国,与民族行动党结成政治联盟等方式来服务于其选举政治。然而,正发党在选举中还是遭到了重大挫折。正发党选举受挫原因众多,部分选民对于执政党的不满、反对党的选举策略是其中重要的因素。土耳其地方选举折射出土耳其内政外交发展的窘境,政党政治的对立呈现上升趋势,这种对立化趋势也投射于土耳其的社会。土耳其为自身编织的外交之网异常复杂,某种程度上超出了其能力范畴。由此,土耳其的民主政治和北约成员国资格都受到质疑。作为以伊斯兰文化为底色的世俗民主和发展模式较为成功的国家,土耳其未来的发展走向具有重要的象征意义和实质性影响。

On March 31 , 2019, Turkey held its local elections. To serve its election politics, the AKP (Justice and Development Party) created new discourse, criticized other states in world stage and formed political alliance with nationalist party of MHP. However, AKP suffered major setback during the local elections.There are many factors leading to AKP's setback, and the main reasons are the dissatisfaction from some population and the election strategy of CHP ( Republican People's Party) and HDP (People's Democracy Party) and etc. The election reflected the dilemma of Turkish domestic politics and foreign policy, and that the polarization of party politics is increasing, and it also has strong influence on Turkey's society. The diplomatic web AKP has knit for itself is too complicated for itself to manage it to some extent. As a consequence of local election ,Turkey's democracy and its membership of NATO are questioned seriously. Turkey is regarded always as a secular democracy country with its successful model of development, although Islam culture is its nature. The future of Turkey's development has strong implications both in symbol and in substance.
