高耐候环境友好型大红外墙乳胶漆影响因素探讨

Discussion on the Influence Factors of High Weatherability and Environmentally Friendly Bright Red Exterior Emulsion Paint

以合成树脂乳液为基体树脂,添加大红粉、颜填料、助剂、水,并配以成膜助剂制备了高耐候环境友好型大红外墙乳胶漆。讨论了水性丙烯酸乳液的型号、用量、大红颜料粉的型号、用量、润湿分散助剂的HLB值对高耐候环境友好型大红外墙乳胶漆色彩的影响。制备出了同时满足GB/T 9755—2014、HJ 2537—2014,DB13/3005—2017、GB/T35602—2017等产品和环保双标准要求的色彩鲜亮持久的高耐候环境友好型大红外墙乳胶漆,并已成功应用于幼儿园、运动场、汽车加油、加气站等建筑外墙上,起到良好的装饰和防护作用。

Using synthetic resin emulsion as matrix resin to prepare the high weatherability and environmentally friendly bright red exterior emulsion paint,bright red powder,pigment and filler,auxiliary agent and water were added.The influence of the model and dosage of waterborne acrylic emulsion,the model and dosage of bright red pigment powder and the HLB value of wetting dispersing agent on the color of high weatherability and environmentally friendly bright red exterior wall emulsion paint are discussed.Bright and durable high weatherability and environmentally friendly bright red exterior wall emulsion paint was prepared.The paint conforms to the requirements of GB/T 9755-2014,HJ 2537-2014,DB13/3005-2017 and GB/T 35602-2017,which are requirements of product quality and environmental protection.The paint has been successfully applied to the exterior walls of buildings such as kindergartens,sports fields,car refueling stations and gas stations,with good decoration and protection effect.
