摘要 针对不同影响因素对钛白粉分散性能进行了研究,实验表明钛白粉的粒度增加对分散性能有害,粒度越小,分散性能越好;钛含量越高,分散性越好;弱酸条件下钛白粉的分散性较好,强酸、强碱都会影响钛白粉的分散性;分散剂加量越多,分散性能越好。并对分散性能的机理做了说明,对生产的启示是控制好粒径和pH值,稳定碳含量,添加适量分散剂。 In this paper, the dispersion properties of titanium dioxide are studied according to different factors. The results show that the increase of the particle size of titanium dioxide is harmful to the dispersion performance. The smaller the particle size,the better the dispersion performance;the higher the content of titanium, the better the dispersion performance;the better the dispersion performance of titanium dioxide in weak acidity, the stronger the acid and alkali will affect the dispersion performance of titanium dioxide;the more the amount of dispersant, the better the dispersion performance. The mechanism of dispersion property is explained. The enlightenment for production is to control particle size and pH value, stabilize carbon content and add appropriate dispersant.
