用体外冲击波碎石术与内镜碎石取石术治疗输尿管结石的效果对比

Comparison of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and endoscopic lithotripsy for uretaral calculi

目的 :对比用体外冲击波碎石术与内镜碎石取石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法 :将2010年4月至2018年4月期间四川结石病医院收治的420例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象。将这420例患者平均分为对照组和研究组。对对照组患者进行体外冲击波碎石术,对研究组患者进行内镜碎石取石术。然后,比较两组患者结石的清除率、术后住院的时长、术毕至下床活动的时间、术后疼痛的评分及其术后并发症的发生率。结果:治疗后,两组患者结石的清除率相比,P>0.05。与对照组患者相比,研究组患者术后住院的时长和术毕至下床活动的时间均更短,其术后疼痛的评分和术后并发症的发生率均更低,P <0.05。结论 :对输尿管结石患者进行体外冲击波碎石术和内镜碎石取石术均具有显著的疗效。但与进行体外冲击波碎石术相比,对输尿管结石患者进行内镜碎石取石术,可明显减轻其疼痛的程度,降低其术后并发症的发生率。

objective: to compare the clinical effects of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and endoscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods:420 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to sichuan litholithiasis hospital from April 2010 to April 2018 were selected as study subjects. The 420 patients were divided into control group and study group on average. Patients in the control group were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, and those in the study group were treated with endoscopic lithotripsy. Then, the stone clearance rate, duration of postoperative hospitalization, duration of postoperative movement, postoperative pain score and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the stone clearance rates of the two groups were compared,P > 0.05. Compared with the control group, the length of postoperative hospitalization and the time from the completion of surgery to the time of getting out of bed were shorter in the study group, and the postoperative pain score and the incidence of postoperative complications were lower in the study group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and endoscopic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi are effective. However, compared with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,endoscopic lithotripsy for patients with ureteral calculi can significantly reduce the degree of pain and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
