用经尿道前列腺剜除术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果对比

Comparison of transurethral enucleation and resection of the prostate and electrical transurethral prostatectomy for benign prostatichyperplasia

目的 :对比用经尿道前列腺剜除术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法:将2016年1月至2018年9月期间某医院收治的100例良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象。将这100例患者平均分为经尿道前列腺电切术组和经尿道前列腺剜除术组。对经尿道前列腺电切术组患者进行经尿道前列腺电切术,对经尿道前列腺剜除术组患者进行经尿道前列腺剜除术。然后,比较两组患者的各项临床指标及其术后并发症的发生率。结果 :治疗后,与经尿道前列腺电切术组患者相比,经尿道前列腺剜除术组患者生活质量的评分和最大尿流速均更高,其国际前列腺增生症状的评分和术后并发症的发生率均更低,其进行手术的时长和术后进行膀胱冲洗的时长均更短,其手术切除前列腺的重量、残余尿量和术中的出血量均更少,P <0.05。结论 :与进行经尿道前列腺电切术相比,对良性前列腺增生患者进行经尿道前列腺剜除术的效果更为显著,可有效地缩短其治疗的时间,降低其术后并发症的发生率。

Objective: To compare the clinical effects of transurethral enucleation of the prostate and transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods: a total of 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to a hospital from January 2016 to September 2018 were studied. The 100 patients were divided into transurethral resection group and transurethral enucleation group. Then, the clinical indicators and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, and through the urethra prostate electricity cut method, compared to patients by transurethral prostatic gouge out in addition to surgery patients quality of life scores and maximum urinary flow rate are higher, its international prostate symptom score and the incidence of postoperative complications were lower, the operation time and postoperative bladder irrigation duration is shorter, the resection of the prostate weight, residual urine volume and in blood loss are less, P < 0.05). Conclusion: compared with transurethral resection of prostate, transurethral enucleation for benign prostatic hyperplasia is more effective, which can effectively shorten the treatment time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
