对精神发育迟滞合并精神障碍患者进行人性化护理的效果探究

Effect of humanistic nursing care for the patients with mental retardation and mental disorder

目的 :探讨对精神发育迟滞合并精神障碍患者进行人性化护理的效果。方法 :将2016年7月至2018年7月期间成都锦欣精神病医院收治的60例精神发育迟滞合并精神障碍患者随机分为常规组和研究组。对常规组患者进行一般护理。对研究组患者进行一般护理和人性化护理。然后观察两组患者社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)的评分、简明精神量表(BPRS)的评分及对护理的满意度。结果 :护理后,研究组患者的SDSS评分及BPRS评分均低于常规组患者,其对护理的总满意率高于常规组患者,P <0.05。结论 :对精神发育迟滞合并精神障碍患者进行人性化护理可改善其社会功能和精神状态,提高其对护理的满意度。

Objective: To explore the effect of humanistic nursing for patients with mental retardation combined with mental disorders. Methods: a total of 60 patients with mental retardation and mental disorder admitted to chengdu jinxin psychiatric hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into a routine group and a research group. General care was given to patients in the routine group. General nursing and humanized nursing were given to the patients in the study group. Then the scores of SDSS, BPRS and nursing satisfaction were observed. Results: after the nursing, the SDSS and BPRS scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group, and their overall satisfaction rate to the nursing was higher than that in the conventional group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: humanistic nursing for mental retardation patients with mental disorders can improve their social function and mental state, and improve their satisfaction with nursing.
