阴道超声检查与腹部超声检查诊断异位妊娠的效果对比

Comparison of the effects of vaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的 :对比用阴道超声检查与腹部超声检查诊断异位妊娠的效果。方法 :将2016年8月至2018年5月期间都江堰市人民医院收治的78例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象。将这78例患者随机分为阴道超声组和腹部超声组,每组各有39例患者。对阴道超声组患者进行阴道超声检查,对腹部超声组患者进行腹部超声检查。然后,对比两组患者异位妊娠的检出率。结果 :与腹部超声组患者相比,阴道超声组患者异位妊娠的检出率较高(P <0.05)。结论 :与进行腹部超声检查相比,对异位妊娠患者进行阴道超声检查时其异位妊娠的检出率更高。

objective: to compare the effect of vaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 78 cases of ectopic pregnancy admitted to dujiangyan people's hospital from August 2016 to May 2018 were studied. These 78 patients were randomly divided into the vaginal ultrasound group and the abdominal ultrasound group, with 39 patients in each group. Vaginal ultrasound was performed on patients in the vaginal ultrasound group, and abdominal ultrasound was performed on patients in the abdominal ultrasound group. Then, the detection rate of ectopic pregnancy was compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the abdominal ultrasound group, the detection rate of ectopic pregnancy was higher in the vaginal ultrasound group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: compared with abdominal ultrasonography, vaginal ultrasonography has higher detection rate of ectopic pregnancy in patients with ectopic pregnancy.
