对患者进行血液灌流联合血液透析治疗对改善其皮肤瘙痒和顽固性贫血的效果评价

目的 :分析对接受维持性血液透析的患者进行血液灌流联合血液透析治疗对改善其皮肤瘙痒和顽固性贫血的临床效果。方法 :选取2017年3月至2018年3月期间在阆中市人民医院进行维持性血液透析期间发生皮肤瘙痒和顽固性贫血的96例患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方法的不同,将这些患者分为对照组(n=48)与观察组(n=48)。对对照组患者进行血液透析治疗,同时用改善皮肤瘙痒和贫血的药物对其进行治疗,对观察组患者进行血液灌流联合血液透析治疗,然后比较两组患者皮肤瘙痒症状的评分、PTH的水平、Hb的水平及其临床疗效。结果 :接受治疗后,观察组患者皮肤瘙痒症状的评分低于对照组患者,P <0.05。接受治疗后,观察组患者PTH的水平低于对照组患者,其Hb的水平高于对照组患者,P <0.05。观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论 :对在进行维持性血液透析期间发生皮肤瘙痒和顽固性贫血的患者,采用血液灌流联合血液透析疗法对其进行治疗可显著改善其皮肤瘙痒和贫血的症状,提高其临床疗效。

objective: to analyze the clinical effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on the improvement of pruritus and intractable anemia in patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis. Methods: a total of 96 patients suffering from pruritus and intractable anemia during maintenance hemodialysis in langzhong people's hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects. According to different treatment methods, these patients were divided into control group (n =48) and observation group (n =48). The patients in the control group were treated with hemodialysis, and the patients in the observation group were treated with drugs that improved pruritus and anemia. The patients in the observation group were treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis, and then the score of pruritus, PTH level, Hb level and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: after treatment, the score of skin itching in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. After treatment, the PTH level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the Hb level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: for patients with pruritus and intractable anemia during maintenance hemodialysis, treatment with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can significantly improve the symptoms of pruritus and anemia and improve the clinical efficacy.
