摘要
目的 :分析COOK宫颈扩张球囊在对足月妊娠孕妇进行引产中的应用价值。方法 :选择2017年6月至2018年6月期间在攀枝花市中心医院产科接受引产的80例足月妊娠孕妇作为研究对象,并将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。为对照组孕妇使用缩宫素进行引产,为观察组孕妇使用COOK宫颈扩张球囊进行引产。然后,比较两组孕妇宫颈的成熟率、顺产率、引产后并发症的发生率及新生儿窒息的发生率。结果 :治疗后,与对照组孕妇相比,观察组孕妇宫颈的成熟率、顺产率均更高,其引产后并发症的发生率、其新生儿窒息的发生率均更低(P <0.05)。结论:将COOK宫颈扩张球囊应用于对足月妊娠孕妇进行引产中的效果较为理想,可有效地提高其顺产率,降低其引产后并发症的发生率。
objective: to analyze the application value of COOK cervical dilatation balloon in labor induction for full-term pregnant women. Methods: 80 full-term pregnant women who received induced labor in the obstetrics department of panzhihua central hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group (n =40) and observation group (n =40). Pregnant women in the control group were given oxytocin for labor induction, and pregnant women in the observation group were given COOK cervical dilation balloon for labor induction. Then, the cervical maturation rate, natural birth rate, incidence of complications after labor induction and incidence of neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, compared with the control group, the cervical maturation rate and natural birth rate were higher in the observation group, and the incidence of complications after labor induction and neonatal asphyxia were lower in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of COOK cervical dilatation balloon in labor induction for term pregnant women is ideal, which can effectively improve the rate of natural birth and reduce the incidence of complications after labor induction.
