缬沙坦联合非洛地平治疗高血压合并慢性肾衰竭的效果

Efficacy of valsartan combined with felodipine in the treatment of hypertension with chronic renal failure

目的 :探讨使用缬沙坦联合非洛地平治疗高血压合并慢性肾衰竭的效果。方法 :将2017年1月至2019年1月期间成都市双流区第一人民医院收治的100例高血压合并慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为对照组患者使用非洛地平进行治疗,为观察组患者使用缬沙坦联合非洛地平进行治疗。然后观察两组患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、尿蛋白的水平、尿素氮的水平及血肌酐的水平。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的SBP、DBP、尿蛋白的水平、尿素氮的水平及血肌酐的水平均低于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论 :使用缬沙坦联合非洛地平治疗高血压合并慢性肾衰竭可有效地降低患者的血压,改善其肾功能。

objective: to investigate the effect of valsartan combined with felodipine in the treatment of hypertension with chronic renal failure. Methods: 100 patients with hypertension and chronic renal failure admitted to chengdu shuangliu district first people's hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group (n = 50) and observation group (n = 50). Both groups were treated with conventional therapy. On this basis, patients in the control group were treated with felodipine, and patients in the observation group were treated with valsartan combined with felodipine. Then the systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), urinary protein level, urea nitrogen level and serum creatinine level of the two groups were observed. Results: after treatment, the levels of SBP, DBP, urinary protein, urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: valsartan combined with felodipine can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve renal function in patients with hypertension and chronic renal failure.
