前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的效果观察

Effect of alprostadil for treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨用前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法:将四川省南充市身心医院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的90例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行常规的药物治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者加用前列地尔进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的临床疗效、尿蛋白水平降低50%的时间、水肿症状缓解的时间、不良反应的发生情况、治疗前后其24小时尿蛋白定量及24小时尿微量白蛋白定量。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P <0.05。治疗后,观察组患者的24小时尿蛋白定量、24小时尿微量白蛋白定量均低于对照组患者,其尿蛋白水平降低50%的时间、水肿症状缓解的时间均短于对照组患者,P <0.05。在治疗期间,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:用前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果确切,可有效地降低患者尿蛋白的水平,缓解其临床症状,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of alprostadil on diabetic nephropathy.Methods:90 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to nanchong psychosomatic hospital in sichuan province from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Both groups were treated with conventional drug therapy.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with alprostadil.Then,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,including the time when the urinary protein level was reduced by 50%,the time when edema symptoms were alleviated,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the 24-hour urinary protein quantification and 24-hour urinary microalbumin quantification before and after treatment.Results:the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein quantification and the 24-hour urine microalbumin quantification in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the duration of the decrease of urine protein level by 50%and the remission of edema symptoms were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:alprostadil is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,which can effectively reduce the level of urinary protein,relieve the clinical symptoms,and has a high safety.
