对进行手术治疗的下肢骨折患者实施细节护理对预防其发生下肢深静脉血栓的效果

Effect of detail nursing for prevention to deep venous thrombosis of the patients with lower limb fractures received operation

目的:探讨对进行手术治疗的下肢骨折患者实施细节护理对预防其发生下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法:将2016年12月至2018年8月期间在四川省富顺县中医医院进行手术治疗的160例下肢骨折患者随机分为常规组和细节组。术后对两组患者均进行常规护理。在此基础上,对细节组患者进行细节护理。然后观察两组患者发生下肢深静脉血栓的情况、对护理质量的评分及对护理的满意度。结果:护理后,细节组患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生率低于常规组患者,其基础护理评分、病房护理评分、危重症护理评分、综合护理评分及对护理的总满意率均高于常规组患者,P<0.05。结论:对进行手术治疗的下肢骨折患者实施细节护理可有效地预防其发生下肢深静脉血栓,提高护理的质量及其对护理的满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of detailed nursing on prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in patients with lower limb fractures who underwent surgical treatment.Methods:160 patients with lower limb fractures who underwent surgical treatment in fushun county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in sichuan province from December 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into the routine group and the detailed group.After the operation,the two groups of patients were given routine nursing care.On this basis,the patients in the detail group were given detailed nursing care.Then the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity,the score of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results:after nursing,the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities in the detail group was lower than that in the conventional group,and its basic nursing score,ward nursing score,critical care score,comprehensive nursing score and overall satisfaction rate of nursing were all higher than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:detailed nursing for patients with lower limb fracture treated by surgery can effectively prevent the occurrence of lower limb deep venous thrombosis,improve the quality of nursing and nur sing satisfaction.
