用小剂量的他巴唑治疗老年亚临床甲状腺功能亢进的效果探究

To explore the effect of small dose of tabazole in the treatment of senile subclinical hyperthyroidism

目的:探讨用小剂量的他巴唑治疗老年亚临床甲状腺功能亢进(简称"亚临床甲亢")的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年1月乐山市市中区人民医院收治70例老年亚临床甲亢患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方法的不同,将这些患者分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35)。用丙硫氧嘧啶对对照组患者进行治疗,用小剂量的他巴唑对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较治疗前后两组患者TT_3、TT_4、FT3、FT4的水平及其临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者TT_3、TT_4、FT3及FT4的水平相比,P>0.05。治疗后,观察组患者TT_3、TT_4、FT3及FT4的水平均低于对照组患者,P <0.05。观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论:用小剂量的他巴唑治疗老年亚临床甲亢的效果显著,能有效地降低其TT_3、TT_4、FT3及FT4的水平,改善其病情。

objective:to investigate the clinical effect of low-dose tabazole in the treatment of senile subclinical hyperthyroidism("subclinical hyperthyroidism").Methods:70 elderly patients with subclinical hyperthyroidism admitted to leshan shizhong district people's hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,these patients were divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).Patients in the control group were treated with propylthiouracil,patients in the observation group were treated with a small dose of tabazole,and then the levels of TT3,TT4,FT3 and FT4 in the two groups before and after treatment and their clinical efficacy were compared.Results:before treatment,the levels of TT3,TT4,FT3 and FT4 in the two groups were compared,P>was 0.05.After treatment,the TT3,TT4,FT3 and FT4 levels in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:the treatment of subclinical hyperthyroidism in the elderly with small dose of tabazole has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the level of TT3,TT4,FT3 and FT4,and improve the patient's condition.
