经阴道超声检查在诊断宫腔粘连中的应用价值

The value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesion

目的:探讨经阴道超声检查在诊断宫腔粘连中的应用价值。方法:选取南充市中心医院收治的75例疑似宫腔粘连患者作为研究对象。对这些患者均实施经阴道超声检查与宫腔镜检查(将宫腔镜检查的结果作为诊断其病情的金标准)。对比两种检查的结果,观察用经阴道超声检查诊断本组患者病情的准确率。结果:进行宫腔镜检查的结果显示,本组75例患者中有68例患者患有宫腔粘连,其中包括轻度宫腔粘连患者21例,中度宫腔粘连患者31例,重度宫腔粘连患者16例,周围型宫腔粘连患者19例,中央型宫腔粘连患者34例,混合型宫腔粘连患者15例。进行经阴道超声检查的结果显示,本组75例患者中有60例患者患有宫腔粘连,其中包括轻度宫腔粘连患者14例,中度宫腔粘连患者30例,重度宫腔粘连患者16例,周围型宫腔粘连患者12例,中央型宫腔粘连患者34例,混合型宫腔粘连患者14例。经宫腔镜检查证实,用经阴道超声检查诊断本组患者病情的准确率为88.24%。结论:经阴道超声检查在诊断宫腔粘连中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesion.Methods:75 patients with suspected intrauterine adhesion admitted to the central hospital of nanchong city were selected as subjects.Transvaginal ultrasonography and hysteroscopy were performed in all these patients(the results of hysteroscopy were used as the gold standard for the diagnosis of the disease).The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of this group of patients was observed by comparing the results of the two examinations.Results:the results showed that hysteroscopic examination of 75 cases of patients with 68 cases of patients with uterine cavity adhesion,including 21 patients with mild caused by intrauterine adhesions,uterine cavity adhesion,31 cases of patients with moderate and severe patients caused by intrauterine adhesions in 16 cases,19 patients with peripheral caused by intrauterine adhesions,34 patients with central type caused by intrauterine adhesions,15 patients with mixed caused by intrauterine adhesions.Of transvaginal ultrasound,according to the results of 75 cases of patients with 60 cases of patients with uterine cavity adhesion,including 14 patients with mild caused by intrauterine adhesions,30 patients with moderate caused by intrauterine adhesions,16 patients with severe caused by intrauterine adhesions,12 patients with peripheral caused by intrauterine adhesions,34 patients with central type caused by intrauterine adhesions,14 patients with mixed caused by intrauterine adhesions.The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosing the condition of the patients in this group was 88.24%.Conclusion:transvaginal ultrasonography is of high value in the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesion.
