教育普及化是长期持续发展的结果,"十三五"末我国将进入高中阶段教育普及化阶段。基于国家统计数据分析研究,不难看出,改革开放40年中等职业教育取得了长足的发展,不仅成为中国现代职业教育体系建设的重要基础性力量,更是在不同时期为推动高中阶段教育普及化进程起到了重要的作用;不仅培养了数以亿计的高素质劳动者和技能型人才,而且优化了人力资源结构比例,推动了高等教育的快速发展,特别是对西部地区在教育精准扶贫政策的引领下做出的积极贡献。

The popularization of education is the result of long-term sustainable development. At the end of the 13 th Five-Year Plan, China will enter into the stage of popularization of education in high schools. Based on the statistical data nationwide, the paper analyzes the role of secondary vocational education in promoting the popularization of high school education in China since the reform and opening-up, and horizontally analyzes the contributions of eastern, central, and western China and different provinces, with emphasis on analyzing the great role of secondary vocational education in promoting the popularization of high school education in China over the past 10 years, especially the positive contribution made by the western region under the guidance of the precise poverty alleviation policy of education.
