稳心颗粒联合帕罗西汀与单用帕罗西汀治疗焦虑障碍的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Wenxin granule combined with paroxetine and paroxetine alone in the treatment of anxiety disorder

目的探讨稳心颗粒联合帕罗西汀与单用帕罗西汀治疗焦虑障碍的临床疗效。方法 86例焦虑障碍患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组患者单用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组患者采用稳心颗粒联合帕罗西汀治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后负性情绪改善情况、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第2、4、8、12周末,两组患者HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于治疗前,且观察组患者HAMA评分、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为97.67%,显著高于对照组的83.72%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗第1、2、4、8、12周末副反应量表(TESS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗第2、4、8、12周末TESS评分均低于治疗第1周末,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑障碍疗效理想,能够迅速缓解临床症状,改善患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,且安全性高,值得临床应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Wenxin granule combined with paroxetine and paroxetine alone in the treatment of anxiety disorder. Methods A total of 86 anxiety disorder patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with paroxetine alone, and the observation group was treated with Wenxin granule combined with paroxetine. Comparison were made on improvement of negative emotions before and after treatment, clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) score and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) scores(P>0.05). At 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after treatment, both groups had lower HAMA score and HAMD score than those before treatment, and the observation group had lower HAMA score and HAMD score than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had significantly higher total effective rate as 97.67% than 83.72% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Both groups had no statistically significant difference in treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) score at 1, 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after treatment(P>0.05). Both groups had lower TESS score at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after treatment than 1 week after treatment, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of Wenxin Granule and paroxetine shows ideal effect in the treatment of anxiety disorder. It can quickly alleviate clinical symptoms, improve patients’ negative emotions of anxiety and depression with high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
