手术联合抗结核药物与单纯抗结核药物治疗空洞型肺结核的效果比较

Comparison of the effect of surgery combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs and simple anti-tuberculosis drugs on the treatment of cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis

目的比较手术联合抗结核药物与单纯抗结核药物治疗空洞型肺结核的效果。方法 35例空洞型肺结核患者,依据治疗方式不同分为A组(9例)和B组(26例)。A组患者采用手术联合抗结核药物治疗, B组患者采用单纯抗结核药物治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果随访至今, A组患者好转率为100.0%,显著高于B组的34.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于进展期空洞型肺结核,手术联合抗结核药物治疗较单纯抗结核药物治疗能取得更显著的效果,一旦有手术指征建议积极手术治疗,术前或术后行药敏试验,术后继续抗结核治疗至稳定期。

Objective To compare the effect of surgery combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs and simple anti-tuberculosis drugs on the treatment of cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of35 patients with cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis were divided by different treatment methods into group A(9 cases) and group B(26 cases). Group A was treated with surgery combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs,and group B was treated with simple anti-tuberculosis drugs. The treatment effect in two groups was compared.Results After the follow-up, group A had significantly higher improvement rate as 100.0% than 34.6% in group B, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For progressive cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis, surgery combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs can achieve more significant results than simple antituberculosis drugs. Once there are indications for surgery, active surgical treatment should be recommended. Drug sensitivity test should be carried out before or after operation, and anti-tuberculosis treatment should continue to slationary phase after operation.
