头痛是临床上常见内科病症,发病率较高,西医治疗方法有限,按病因病机将头痛分为外感头痛与内伤头痛,吕老认为本病发病以"风"为先导,其所涉及的脏腑有肝胆、肾、脾等脏腑,治疗本病,首分外感内伤",外风"所致的头痛治疗重在"祛风",内伤头痛多因"肝风"为主,重在"熄风"。

Headache is a common clinical medical disease with a high incidence and limited Western medicine treatment. Headache can be divided into exogenous headache and internal headache according to etiology and pathogenesis. Lyu thought that the pathogenesis of this disease was led by "wind", which involved liver, gallbladder, kidney, spleen and other viscera. The treatment of headache caused by "exogenous wind" mainly focuses on "dispelling wind", and internal headache is mainly caused by "liver wind" and mainly treated by "extinguishing wind".
