香砂六君子汤治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in the Treatment of Hp-related Chronic Gastritis

目的观察香砂六君子汤加减治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选择2017年4月—2018年4月收治的Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者40例,利用奇偶数分组法将其分成参照组与观察组,参照组使用常规方法治疗,观察组使用香砂六君子汤加减治疗,观察2组患者治疗后的效果、Hp改善情况与不良情况发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95. 0%)明显高于参照组(65. 0%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组Hp清除率(95. 0%)明显高于参照组(70. 0%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组不良反应发生率(5. 0%)明显低于参照组(35. 0%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采用香砂六君子汤加减治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎,能够提高患者治疗总有效率,改善患者Hp水平,降低患者不良情况发生率,可推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of Hp-related chronic gastritis.Methods Forty patients with Hp-associated chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled in the control group and the observation group by the odd-even group method.The control group was treated with conventional methods.The observation group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction.The effect,Hp improvement and adverse event rate of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clearance rate of the observation group(95.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(35.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Hp-related chronic gastritis with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can improve the total effective rate and the Hp level,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.It can be widely applied.
