调经汤对PCOS不孕患者卵泡质量和激素分泌的影响

Effects of Chinese Tiaojing Decoction in the Treatment of PCOS Infertility Follicle Quality and Hormone Secretion

目的探究调经汤治疗PCOS不孕的疗效,及对卵泡质量和激素分泌的影响。方法随机选取50例多囊卵巢综合征不孕的患者,按双盲法分为2组各25例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予调经汤治疗。观察并比较2组疗效、卵泡质量情况、激素水平、月经情况、排卵情况、妊娠情况及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率92. 00%显著高于对照组,P <0. 05;治疗后,观察组PI(0. 94±0. 15)显著高于对照组,观察组RI(0. 34±0. 07)显著低于对照组,P <0. 05;观察组LH(44. 97±7. 12) U/L、FSH(15. 34±4. 16) U/L、E_2(236. 21±58. 44) pmol/L均显著高于对照组;观察组月经正常24例、排卵22例、妊娠21例,均显著高于对照组,P <0. 05;观察组不良发生率显著低于对照组,P <0. 05。结论调经汤治疗PCOS不孕患者疗效显著,不良反应轻微,能显著提高卵泡质量,改善激素分泌功能,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Tiaojing decoction on PCOS infertility follicle quality and hormone secretion.Methods 50 cases of polycystic ovarian syndrome patients were selected.The study was conducted in the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the observation group was treated with Tiaojing decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,follicular quality,hormone level,menstrual condition,ovulation,pregnancy and adverse reactions between two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group P<0.05.After treatment,PI(0.94±0.15)was significantly higher than in the control group,and RI(0.34±0.07)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group P<0.05.The LH(44.97±7.12)U/L,FSH(15.34±4.16)U/L,E2(236.21±58.44)pmol/L in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group P<0.05.Conclusion Tiaojing decoction can significantly improve the quality of follicles and the function of hormone secretion in treating patients with PCOS infertility.
