自拟通络汤联合针刺治疗脑梗死后遗症偏瘫脉络瘀阻型临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-designed Tongluo Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Hemiplegia of Cerebral Infarction Sequelae of Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals

目的探讨自拟通络汤联合针刺治疗脑梗死后遗症偏瘫脉络瘀阻型的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在沈阳市第二中医医院针灸科就诊的80例脑梗死后遗症偏瘫中医辨证为脉络瘀阻型的患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为2组,试验组40例采取自拟通络汤联合针刺治疗,对照组40例使用针刺治疗,比较2组患者治疗后FMA评分、ADL评分、BBS评分、Sheikh评分。结果试验组FMA评分、ADL评分、BBS评分、Sheikh评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论脑梗死后遗症偏瘫经中医辨证为脉络瘀阻型患者采取自拟通络汤联合针刺治疗,可以有效提高患者的生活质量,提高患者的运动功能,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture on hemiplegia of cerebral infarction sequelae of blood stasis blocking collaterals.Method From January 2018 to January 2019 in Shenyang second hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,80 cases of hemiplegia of cerebral infarction sequelae of blood stasis blocking collaterals patients,according to the treatment method,were divided into experimental group of 40 cases took Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture and control group of 40 cases used acupuncture treatment.After treatment,motor function and quality of life scores was compared between the two groups.Results FMA score,ADL score,BBS score and Sheikh score of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the quality of life and motor function of patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction sequelae,which is treated by TCM as blood stasis blocking collaterals type patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
